...that is how they are solving road problems in Latvia. In one Latvian town, Alūksne, the streets are with big holes. They did not fix the streets but just put a road sign when entering the city that the bumpy road is in the whole territory of the town.

Its almost as bad as the roads here in South Africa! They have such big pot holes that you could lose your car in one! :-)
